Selected product design work across mobile, web, and AI-powered experiences.

Alexa+

Alexa+ (opens in a new tab) brought together a complex mix of user cohorts, launch phases, pricing models, and regulatory requirements into a single path to adoption. I helped define how customers discovered, understood, and opted into Alexa+ (opens in a new tab) across mobile, web, and multimodal devices while the product and brand were still taking shape.

Alexa+ Store

The Alexa+ Store (opens in a new tab) reimagined Alexa Skills (opens in a new tab) as a marketplace for AI-powered experiences, integrations, and add-ons. I helped turn a fragmented ecosystem into something customers could browse, understand, and utilize with confidence across multimodal surfaces and Alexa app.

Subscriptions Playbook Library

As Alexa expanded its subscription offerings, teams were solving the same problems in different ways. I led the creation of a shared UX reference library that aligned purchasing patterns, decision frameworks, and reusable templates, helping teams deliver more consistent subscription experiences across global marketplaces.
